What is Sandwich Panel?

A sandwich panel is a type of composite building material that consists of two thin, rigid face sheets (typically made of metal, plastic, or composite material) and a lightweight core material in between them. The core material can be made of various materials such as Expanded Polystirene (EPS), Poly Urethane (PU), Poly Isocyanurate (PIR) and Mineral Wool (MW).

Sandwich panels are widely used in the construction industry for their strength, durability, and lightweight properties. They can be used for a variety of applications such as walls, roofs, floors, and partitions in buildings, as well as in transportation and industrial applications.

One of the advantages of sandwich panels is that they can provide high levels of thermal and acoustic insulation. They can also be manufactured in a wide range of sizes and shapes, and can be customized to meet specific design requirements. Additionally, they can be prefabricated offsite and easily assembled on site, which can result in faster construction times and lower labor costs.
