We are a specialized supplier and installer of high quality Sandwich Panels engineered for clean rooms, cold storages, food processing facilities, and controlled environment applications.

1. Clean Room Application

Ideally designed to fulfill the requirements of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP / CPOB - Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik) as required by the National Agency of Drug and Food Control (BPOM - Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan).

• Slip Joint System: Increases panel bonding strength, improves vapor barrier capability, shortens installation time, reduces noise pollution, and minimizes the need for heavy supporting structures.
• Expanded Polystyrene (EPS): Self-extinguishing fire-retardant EPS with densities from 15 to 20 kg/m3. Core thicknesses available: 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 200, and 250 mm.
• Polyisocyanurate (PIR): Reliable fire-resistant core with density 42-48 kg/m3, minimizing fire risk and property damage. Available thicknesses: 50, 75, 100, 150, and 200 mm.
• Mineral Wool (MW): High density non-combustible core (80 & 100 kg/m3) in 50, 75, and 100 mm thicknesses.

2. Cold Storage & Food Processing Plant

We build customized cold storage applications across two categories:

• Commercial Cold Storage: Up to 36 m2, widely utilized in hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, and catering.
• Industrial Cold Storage: Larger than 36 m2, built for food and beverage processing facilities, pharmaceuticals, and chemical warehouses.
• Temperature Ranges: Chiller / Cold Room (~5°C), Freezer (-18°C ~ -22°C), Blast Freezer (-22°C ~ -40°C), and Ante Rooms (5°C ~ -18°C) to bridge temperature gradients.

3. Modular & Transportable Building

Modular buildings constructed with insulated sandwich panels provide rapid, versatile solutions for temporary or permanent construction camps, site offices, medical clinics, ablution units, and remote accommodation facilities.
